- 这本书让我第一次认识到原来therapy是这样的一个过程。这样的一个对话。然后不久后就听ey讲jm在therapy着。我觉得因为这本书，所以就不会太吃惊或者不会太陌生，因为知道是一个怎样的过程。

- 可以说是改变了我的信仰的书
- 就是讲一个人被外星人带走了，去他们的星球参观。根据外星人，就文明有很多个等级1-9,然后地球是1，他们是9，就我们要努力修炼上去。然后有aura这种东西。然后在等级9，他们可以决定要在那个星球继续享乐，或者回归世界意识？可是在那边，他们也要持续修炼，要不然等级会掉。
- 然后科技要与人类的spiritual同时进步，如果只有科技进步，智慧不进步，那么下场就是核武器战争。核武器战争是不管哪个文明，只要不平衡好，都会无可避免的走到这一步。
- 我们都是一个世界意识里分出来体验各种感情事物的。
